Window cleaning in the 21st century. Tap water is run through a series of filters until it is pure at a microscopic level, with no minerals or dissolved solids. A brush agitates and lifts every bit of dirt, frames included, then a final rinse dries crystal clear and streak free.

We offer one-time service and routine maintenance at monthly, every-other-month, and quarterly frequencies. Routine customers get priority scheduling and a recurring-cleaning discount, so you never wait weeks for a slot.
How do you price a job?
We estimate per pane, per side cleaned. The number of panes is the biggest factor. French or divided-light windows may be counted as one. We also account for height (third story and up), time since the last cleaning, and difficulty of access. Fill out the quote builder and we send a free quote the same day.
What is pure water cleaning?
Filtered water with no minerals or dissolved solids, used with a brush to clean the entire window, frames included. It leaves no residue, so your windows stay cleaner longer, and lets us safely reach high glass from the ground.
