Many window cleaning companies make a habit of what the industry calls a "splash and dash" approach, meaning a low quality, unprofessional service with no intent of retaining customers for the long term. SG Window Cleaning began in 2014 in Heber City, Utah, when Trevor Banks set out to do window cleaning the right way. From the first job, the idea was simple: treat every home and business as if it were his own, stand behind the work completely, and build relationships that last for years rather than chasing one-time visits. More than a decade later, that is still exactly how SG runs.
The name says it. Satisfaction guaranteed is not a slogan we tacked on later; it is the promise the company was founded on. We do not accept payment until you are happy with the result. That single commitment shapes how we quote, how we schedule, and how we work on site.

A great result comes down to technique, not just tools. We work in both traditional and pure water window cleaning and choose the right approach for every pane. Pure water is filtered until it is pure at a microscopic level, then used with a brush to clean the whole window, frames and sills included, leaving no residue so your glass stays cleaner longer and high windows are reached safely from the ground.
